1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
With an order for www.cotopaxi.ch you accept the General Terms and Conditions between you and DLD Trading AG (hereinafter referred to as "cotopaxi.ch" or "we/us" called). These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of products via the online store www.cotopaxi.ch.
2. ORDERING
For orders please use exclusively the online store of cotopaxi.ch. Orders by telephone, letter, fax or e-mail are excluded and will not be processed.
3. DELIVERY
We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The goods are delivered directly to the specified address. The delivery time within Switzerland is normally 1-2 working days. Cash on delivery is not offered.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a shipping fee of CHF 8.50 per order. There is no minimum order value. For orders of CHF 150.00 or more, there are no shipping costs (except for special deliveries).
5. STOCK
It is possible that the goods are no longer available when the order is received. In this case, the item on the order will be canceled and you will be informed by e-mail. Goods that cannot be delivered cannot be reserved. Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded. Payments already made will be refunded.
6. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment is made via Twint, Mastercard, Visa and PostFinance Pay. We may require payment in advance or refuse the desired payment method without giving reasons.
Purchase on account with installment facility (POWERPAY)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our general terms and conditions, you accept the GTC of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
7. DISCOUNTS/RECEIPTS
Direct discounts/receipts cannot be combined with other direct discounts/receipts.
8. VAT
All prices include value added tax. Prices are subject to change and errors may occur.
9. WARRANTY
Please report material or manufacturer defects within 10 days after receipt of the goods in writing by post (see section 10) or by e-mail (service@cotopaxi.ch) with the NOTE: "Notice of defects" to our customer service. Defective items must be noted and described on the delivery bill when returned. We accept no liability for material or manufacturer defects reported later.
10. RIGHT OF RETURN
Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. In the case of a partial delivery, the return period is extended until you have received the remaining delivery(s). We only accept returns of intact, unworn and undamaged items with the corresponding delivery bill. If we determine that the goods have deteriorated, we are entitled to retain part of the purchase price paid, which we will determine at our discretion. The return shipment is at your expense and the date of the postmark is binding for the return.

11. IMAGE AND TEXT RIGHTS
All image, sound and text rights used on the webshop are the property of DLD Trading AG or the respective partners. Use of any kind without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
12. DATA PROTECTION
You agree that your data may be registered and processed in the database of DLD Trading AG or its authorized partner companies. At the same time, you allow us to use your data for internal marketing purposes. Our website uses an analytics tool for optimization and to achieve the best possible customer benefit. You are personally responsible for your login data (incl. password) and the orders placed with it. Therefore, please ensure that you do not pass on your login details to third parties. Particularly sensitive data is transmitted securely using encrypted transmission (SSL).
13. APPLICABLE LAW, PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online store are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
