Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. In the case of a partial delivery, the return period is extended until you have received the remaining delivery(s).
We only accept returns of intact, unworn and undamaged items with the corresponding delivery bill. If we determine that the goods have deteriorated, we are entitled to retain a portion of the purchase price paid, which we will determine at our discretion.
Please do not use the original packaging of the item as a shipping carton. We can only accept goods back to stock in their undamaged original packaging.
The return shipment is at your expense and the date of the postmark is binding for the return.
As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible. You will receive your refund within approx. 14 days.
